Vivion Scully
Vivion Scully is a dynamic and accomplished leader with a proven track record of success in investment promotion and business development. He is currently CEO of Agro-Invest Corporation of Jamaica.
Under Vivion’s leadership, Jamaica has become a highly sought-after destination for some of the world’s leading BPO and technology companies, creating over 60,000 jobs and contributing over 1 billion US dollars annually to the local economy. His ability to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities has driven economic growth and development in Jamaica.
Before his current role, he headed the North American Regional Office, where he led the development and implementation of successful strategies to attract foreign direct investment into various industries, including agribusiness, tourism, logistics, and business services. He has also held various leadership positions in the consumer products industry, working with renowned brands such as Gillette and Johnson & Johnson across the Caribbean.
Vivion’s extensive experience in both the public and private sectors has equipped him with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing businesses today. His ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, navigate complex regulatory environments, and deliver results has earned him a reputation as a highly effective leader.
Currently, he serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the South East Regional Health Authority (SERHA)
Senior Director – Agro Park Development
Owen Scarlett
Owen Scarlett is the Director for Agro Park Development. He is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the overall development of all Agro-parks, Production Zones and Agro-economic zones to ensure that they contribute optimally to the pertinent development objectives of the vision 2030 plan. For more than twelve (12) years he has worked in various positions within the government of Jamaica including Farm Manager at Montpelier Citrus Company in St. James and Farm Supervisor at St. Mary Banana Estate. He has worked in various positions within the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries for more than 10 years which fostered his growth and development in Food safety and quality controls.
Owen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Agriculture from the University of the West Indies (UWI). He has also gained an Associate of Science Degree in General Agriculture from the College of Agriculture.
Director – Business Development
Dr. Lillymae Walder
Lillymae Walder serves as Director of the Business Development Department with oversight for Minard Estates farm.
She is a development consultant with over 23 years of progressive and significant experience in Jamaica’s public service. She also served the Government of Trinidad and Tobago as a consultant in the areas of Procurement Management and Trade Facilitation.
Lillymae holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Sustainable Development, a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics. Lillymae Walder’s vision is to support the development of the agricultural sector by creating attractive and bankable projects that will attract and retain investment, strengthen market linkages, and increase access to financing.
Senior Director – Human Resource Management & Administration
Tiffany Turnbull
Tiffany Turnbull currently holds the position of Senior Director of Human Resource Management and Administration. Her credentials include a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies with a concentration in Human Resource Management; both credentials were completed at the University of the West Indies (Mona Campus).
She has worked in different capacities within the Government of Jamaica during the course of her fifteen (15) years of service there, including Director of Human Resource Management, Director, IR, Health and Wellbeing, and Training Evaluation Officer, among other roles.
Tiffany is vivacious, self-motivated, dependable, responsible, and hardworking. She is also an experienced team player who can adapt to any demanding scenario. These qualities have helped Ms. Turnbull build a solid foundation for her commitment, passion, and drive to carry out the essential functions of Human Resource.
Chief Financial Officer
Radcliffe A. Myers
Radcliffe A. Myers is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of leadership and financial expertise. He received his charter in 2006 and became a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica and the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants in 2011. In 2014, he earned an MBA in International Business Management from the University of the West Indies and completed a project management certification in 2017.
Mr. Myers’ experience primarily spans the Manufacturing and FMCG sectors. He began his career at Antilles Chemical Co., where he advanced to Assistant Financial Controller over 11 years. He then served as Financial Controller at Fortune Corporation, playing a crucial role in establishing AIM Financials, a subsidiary. Subsequently, he joined Comcraft Ltd from Toronto, Canada, as Group Financial Controller for its Jamaican operations and served as CEO of CMP Industries.
In 2008, he became Finance Manager at Brandram Henderson W.I., a subsidiary of Harris Paints International, and was promoted to Managing Director after two years. He later returned as General Manager and rejoined the Harris Group’s executive committee.
As a founding shareholder and director of Radmar Distributors, Home Electric Lighting and Plumbing, and Radmar and Associates Chartered Accountants, he also serves on the board of Credcons Caribbean Limited as Chair of the Finance and Risk Management Committee.
Active in community development, Mr. Myers is the 1st Vice Chairman of the St. Catherine Parish Development Committee and a past director and current treasurer of the Kiwanis Club of North St. Andrew. He is married with three sons and enjoys sports shooting and dominoes.
